How to Share File in Google Drive

Google Drive is a product of Google. It is important to store your data that you don’t worry to lost data and you can access it everywhere that have internet connect. In the previous topic I wrote one topic about How to create and Use Google Drive but it has other option that I need to show in this topic. In Google Drive have one option that you can share your data file like document, PDF, image to your friend without using flash to copy or attach by email.
1.  Login to your Google Drive by open web browser and enter www.drive.google.com into address bar and login your Gmail Account.


2. After login it will be show home of Google Drive below:


In this Google Drive there are many file (Document and PDF).  This case you can create new folder and put file to share or you can share file direct.

3. Select folder or file that you want to share to your friend. Click on “Sharing


4. It will be show new popup as below: 


-          Get shareable link: To get link and you can share as public to your friend and other people.
-          People: Enter names or email address(can add more email here)
-          Can edit: It mean other people can edit your file.
-          Can view: It means you can read only on your file.
             Please enter your friend email address 


Click button Send to finish your Sharing.

5. Now we go to see Google Drive that we share(Share to email malaprum619@gmail.com). We will see that folder and file.


Look at Shared with Me it have one folder Sharing that men it share from Gmail Account (Dom Sophal). And in this Sharing folder have 2 file.
